- What areas do you cover?

We cover the Hampshire and Dorset areas, for example Romsey, North Baddesley, Chandler's Ford, Eastliegh, Portswood, Southampton areas and many more.
If you live outside of this area we may still be able to help so please get in touch. Alternatively, we may be able to recommend other service providers.
- Who is eligible to use our services?

The service is intended for older people, people with physical disabilities, people with a terminal illness and dementia care.
- What are your operating hours?

We operate 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
- What if I don't like the person who comes to help me?

Although we are confident that you will like every member of our friendly team, if you are unhappy we will send a different member of staff. However, we would like some feedback from you to help us improve our service.
- What if I want to cancel?

You have full right to cancel a planned visit at any time. All we ask for is 24 hours notice.
- Are you insured?

All members of staff are covered by employers' liability and public liability insurance.
- What is the 24 hour on-call service?

The on-call service is a number clients can ring at any time. We do not believe in talking to machines therefore you will always be able to speak to someone in person. For example, you may need to cancel a visit, you may have a problem you wish to discuss or you may just have a general query. Either way, we're here to help!
